Will the rest of my house stay clean?
That's the job. We seal off work areas with containment barriers, protect floors and finishes along the exit path, and run dust control throughout. You should only see demolition where you asked for it.
Can you remove a load-bearing wall?
We perform structural removals in coordination with your GC or structural engineer, with proper temporary support. If you don't have an engineer yet, we can point you to ones we trust.
How long does a kitchen or bathroom gut-out take?
A typical bathroom guts in a day; most kitchens take 1–2 days including debris removal. We'll give you a firm schedule with the quote.
